We do not collect payment information through our website. Payment details are handled separately and securely at the time of booking confirmation.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is used exclusively by West Coast Photo Booth to service your request.

We use Resend as our transactional email provider to deliver quote confirmations and follow-up messages. Resend processes email data on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing agreements. No other third-party services receive your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain quote and booking information for up to one (1) year from the date of submission for legitimate business record-keeping purposes. After this period, personal information is deleted from our systems. If you booked with us, we may retain your contact details for up to three (3) years for warranty, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

As a Canadian resident, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

Inspiration images you upload for custom template design are transmitted securely and are only used by our design team to create your template. These images are not stored permanently on public servers.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement:

• Google Analytics 4 — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, quote form progress, and similar usage data). You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — we may use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.
• Campaign attribution — when you arrive from an advertisement or marketing link, we may record campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) for the duration of your browsing session and associate them with a quote or contact request you submit, so we know which of our advertising campaigns are working.

You can also limit tracking by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use our website or request a quote.
