Absolutely. We regularly set up at corporate offices, hotel ballrooms, and event spaces throughout Metro Vancouver. We require approximately 8x8 feet of space and a standard power outlet. We coordinate directly with your venue.

Yes. Idle hours allow us to be on-site but not actively running the booth during cocktail hours or dinner service. Idle time is available at a reduced hourly rate and is added automatically in your instant quote.
